Echelon Catering checks all messages throughout the day and will
return your call as soon as possible. When leaving a message, please
indicate the best time to call back, the date, time and type of event you
are inquiring about. Also, please repeat your name and telephone number
at the end of the message.

Requests for catering an event in the Niagara Region can be sent by fax,
email, or using the fill in form found at the bottom of this page. When
requesting a booking, please include the following information:

- Date & Time
- Possible Event Location
- Type of event (eg. wedding, group tour, reception)
- Estimated # of people
- Budget Considerations
