Pam Mundy sees the beauty in the life food represents.

For more than 20 years, food has been her way of expressing a passion
for creativity and quality.

Even during her career as a police officer in England or her days 
volunteering in East Africa, Pam knew the kitchen was where her true
character came out.

Following seven years as co-owner of a successful and prestigious 
restaurant and catering business, Pam entered the teaching profession.
As a Chef Instructor, she created and taught a unique program in
Peterborough. During that time, she and her students catered more than
250 functions each year, including banquets, gala events, weddings,
business meetings and receptions, including a sitting for then Prime
Minister, Jean Chretien.

In June 2000, Chef Pam Mundy retired from teaching and moved to St.
Catharines. Echelon Catering was her new venture and she brings to it
all the experience she has gained over those 20 years or so.

Chef Pam's versatility and creativity has shown through in the many
functions she has catered in the succeeding years. She is adept at
creating and preparing customized menus for any occasion, event
or reasonable budget.
